- Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Payments are processed securely through PayPal and are subject to PayPal’s terms and conditions. Membership billing and cancellations must be managed through PayPal.
3. User Conduct
By using the forum, you agree:
- Not to post harmful, defamatory, illegal, or abusive content.
- Not to spam, harass, or exploit other users.
- Not to post misleading, false, or unauthorized advertisements.
- To respect copyright and intellectual property rights.
- To comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Not to engage in threatening, intimidating, racist, or discriminatory behavior. Such actions will result in immediate suspension or permanent banning from the Website.

- Only Gold Members may sell birds in the Classifieds section.
- Midwest Squawk Talk is not responsible for transactions, disputes, or agreements made between users.
- Users should conduct due diligence before engaging in any sales.
- We reserve the right to remove classified listings and take appropriate action, including account suspension or removal, against users who attempt to commit fraud, scams, or post items that are determined to be stolen. All items listed for sale must be owned by the seller.
- Midwest Squawk Talk is not affiliated with or responsible for any events posted in the Events Classifieds section by users, unless explicitly stated as an officially hosted Midwest Squawk Talk event.
5. Content Ownership and License
- You retain ownership of the content you post but grant Midwest Squawk Talk a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote it within the forum.
- Midwest Squawk Talk reserves the right to remove or modify content at its discretion.
6. Privacy and Data Use
